• Service bookings can be cancelled before the technician is dispatched.
• No cancellation charges apply if cancelled before service initiation.
• Once the technician visits the location, cancellation charges may apply.
• No refunds are applicable after service, repair, or installation is completed.
• Spare parts once installed or opened are not eligible for refund.
• Advance payments, if any, are adjusted against service charges.
• Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by water, power, or plumbing issues.
• Warranty-related issues are handled as per the manufacturer’s policy.
• Any approved refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• By availing our services, the customer agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This policy is applicable to services in Godavarikhani, Ramagundam, Peddapalli, Mancherial, NTPC, Manthani, and nearby areas in Telangana.
